1. About Dilcia By Nature
Dilcia By Nature specializes in handcrafted, custom-made luxury wigs created specifically for each client. Every wig is made to order based on the customization options selected during checkout.
2. Eligibility
By using this website or placing an order, you represent that you:

- Have provided accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.
3. Product Information
We make every reasonable effort to accurately display our products, including colors, textures, lengths, densities, and styles.
Because every wig is handcrafted and viewed on different devices and monitors, slight variations in color, density, texture, knot placement, or appearance may occur.
These natural variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices, promotions, product availability, and customization options are subject to change without prior notice.
If a pricing error occurs, Dilcia By Nature reserves the right to cancel or refuse the order.
If payment has already been collected, the appropriate refund will be issued.
5. Custom Orders
Every wig is handcrafted exclusively for the client who placed the order.
Production begins after your order enters our production schedule.
Because every wig is custom made, all purchases are subject to our Custom Wig Production, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Order Acceptance
Dilcia By Nature reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization issues
- Product availability
- Pricing or website errors
- Violations of these Terms of Service
If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, the applicable refund will be issued.
7. Production & Shipping
Production generally requires 30–60 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping begins only after production has been completed.
Estimated shipping times displayed during checkout are carrier estimates only and begin after production is complete.
8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate billing information.
- Providing a complete and correct shipping address.
- Selecting the correct cap size.
- Reviewing all product descriptions before purchasing.
- Reading and understanding all store policies before completing checkout.
